For Damaged and Non-Working Orders
In the case where the item is arriving damaged, please contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please provide us your order number, and proof of damages (photos showing the broken parts). If everything looks right, the corresponding replacement part(s) will be sent at our cost.
For the light strip, ADVPRO provides a 1-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase. If it is not working within this period, ADVPRO will arrange replacement part(s) deliver to your shipping address at our cost.
For Undamaged Orders
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Customized/Personalized Orders
We are sorry that for customized item, it is not eligible for return nor refund unless it is damaged upon received.
To start the return process, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable. This applies to both the return shipping fee and the shipping fee paid during checkout.
